Virgin Atlantic Launches Enhanced Clubhouse at Heathrow with Cinema, Work Pods, and Wellness Hub
Virgin Atlantic has launched an upgraded Clubhouse at London Heathrow, introducing innovative spaces such as a cinema zone, work pods, and a wellness facility. The redesign, currently in its initial phase, promises a more refined experience for Upper Class passengers, with expanded amenities and tailored services now available.
Exclusive Royal Box Experience
As part of the transformation, a new Royal Box area has been added to the Clubhouse, offering a private retreat with luxurious red suede sofas and an elegant display of sweet treats and champagne. This invite-only section provides a secluded atmosphere while still offering panoramic views of the airport’s runway.
Work Pod Studios for Productivity
The Clubhouse has introduced two dedicated work pod studios, designed for travelers seeking focused environments. Each pod includes integrated power outlets, modern desk setups, and studio-inspired decor such as framed vinyl records. Occupancy indicators light up to signal availability, blending functionality with style.
Gallery Redesign and Entertainment Upgrade
The Gallery, a highly sought-after area within the Clubhouse, has been restructured to optimize space and improve its view of the runway. Additionally, the Cinema has been reimagined as an immersive, intimate zone. Enhanced sound quality, royal blue armchairs, and red seating options now complement integrated charging points and Bluetooth headphones for a more enjoyable stay.
Wellness Initiatives and Limited-Time Pop-Ups
Guests can now access two new pop-up wellness experiences at the Clubhouse, featuring curated services like manicures, massages, and facials. These private domes, known as Somadomes, offer a 20-minute reset with light therapy, sound healing, and meditation. The Secret Spa also provides treatments such as express massages and glow-boosting facials through April 30.
To celebrate its new Seoul route, the Clubhouse will host OSKIA skincare, OPI nail products, and K-beauty brand offerings. Customers can arrange any treatment through the Secret Spa team, ensuring a seamless and personalized service.
